No Strangers · run by LoveJuice Records Limited
This page explains what happens to your information when you use No Strangers's link page. The pages are run by LoveJuice Records Limited, which is responsible for your information (the "data controller"). Questions or requests: info@evolvlive.com.
If you join a list
When you sign up for presale or event news, we keep the email address and/or mobile number you give us, which brand you signed up to, and which campaign link brought you (if any). We use them to send you news, presale access and offers about that brand's events and releases, by email or text. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@evolvlive.com, and we will take you off the list.
What the page records when you visit
- Which buttons and links you tap (for example tickets, music, socials) and page views.
- A random ID stored in your browser. It lets us recognise the same browser when it comes back, and if you join a list from that browser we link it to your sign-up, so we can see which pages and links led you to join.
- The country and approximate town or city you are browsing from, as reported by our hosting provider (we never store your IP address).
- How you arrived: the site or app that sent you here (for example Instagram, TikTok or Google), whether you came from an advert and which campaign, and your type of device (phone or computer, iPhone or Android). We keep these as short labels, not the full details your browser sends.
We use this to understand which links and events people are interested in. We do not sell it.
Advertising
Some brands use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and/or TikTok to measure their adverts. For those brands, we send the following to whichever of them the brand uses:
- When you join a list, we send your email address and phone number as a one-way code (a "hash"), so they are not sent in readable form. With them we send your IP address, the type of browser you use and the page you signed up on. Meta also receives your country, hashed.
- When you tap a ticket link, we send your IP address, browser type and the page you were on (and, to Meta, your country, hashed), so the brand can tell which adverts led to interest in tickets.
- If you came to the page by tapping one of the brand's adverts, the address carries a click code from Meta or TikTok. Your browser keeps that code, and for up to 90 days (Meta) or 28 days (TikTok) we send it back to the same company with the information above, so they can tell which advert you came from. After that it is no longer used, and it is removed from your browser the next time you visit one of these pages.
Who else handles it
The pages run on Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the data for us. Apart from what we send Meta and TikTok as described above, your details stay inside EVOLV's own systems and are not sold or shared for other companies' marketing.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by emailing info@evolvlive.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
